You got two options
Play MGS3, MGS1, MGS3, MGS:PW MGS4(if you have the means)
or by the date they released to see how the franchised changed by the times. If you still want more play his VN's Snatcher and Policenauts. If you're a dedicated fan and STILL want more, play his Death Stranding games.
