Nintendo should be stripped of all patents and be forbidden from ever filing a patent application again. I'd almost go so far as to say they should be banned from operating in the United States and Europe. Deport all the tendies who throw a fit to Japan. I'm sure they'll fit right in. And by deport I mean dump them all in the Sea Of Japan and leave.

The wiiu probably wouldn't have happened with him. Wiiu happened because Iwata wanted something quirky. Instead, we would've gotten a basic console with some better hardware and some wagglan tacked on for casual fans. Wii 2 Sports would be sold separately, of course. Also, there would be no marketing nightmare. Don't know if the timeline would be better or worse since no wii u might mean the switch doesn't get conceptualized since Iwata was behind that too.
