I dunno if this is one of those so called /v/hu threads where a bunch of schizoids act like this board is their own discord, but if you're legitimately asking then just grind the game enough until you can 1CC it, that's it. Remember to use bombs and your shift key for more precise movement.
Some shmups give you some assists like showing your hitbox and that's probably the most helpful thing you can turn on in a shmup.
Now I'm gonna leave before the Meiling poster shows up.
