It's not what anybody asked for. Jin still had a story to tell and they've just dumped that for a cringe girlboss game. We know it will be exactly that because there were bits of pieces of that already in the first game. Ths game won't be outright shit, but it's not made for me so I'm not buying it.
Plus, females fighting males in close combat is really lame.

The series was primed for a Infamous style duology with Jin going to the mainland with a larger focus on more developed city areas as a setting thanks to it being current gen exclusive but Sucker Punch are run by absolute retards now

I don't know, what can I do in this game that I can't just do in the first game? What makes it worth whatever price sony slaps on it when I can spend a quarter of the price on a indie game that take risks to do something different.

They didn’t even need to acknowledge the end. Just make the Second Mongol invasion like the real-life one where Tsushima gets anally reamed (happened in the first in real life), have old man Jin in Okinawa and let him continue to fuck-up Mongols there. Then they can start spreading the idea of the Ghost similar to what the did for Ezio’s initial legacy in AC. But once I learned the writers of the game were Veilguards writers was when I truly gave-up hope for Yotei being any good.
