Rain Code copies the vibe for the debates and the minigames but it's otherwise very different, it's way more Ace Attorney-like where you go around investigating cases and later interrogate suspects until you discover the culprit.

Hundred Line may be more similar since it's set in a school with sixteen characters (and also has the same artstyle), though it focuses on multiple routes and has basic strategy rpg gameplay on the side. I wouldn't say he's made a straight-up Danganronpa ripoff thus far.
