Depends on the game.
I loved basketball shooting them into dumpsters in Deus Ex: IW, and I had fun seeing just how many I could stuff in the vents in DX: HR.
No idea why my mind has decided this topic is deus ex exclusive, it might be the only series where I give a shit about hiding bodies.

my dead body collection back when I played Baldur's Gate 3. If I encountered a corpse, I put them in a barrel in camp.

When I was a wee lad, I used to get unbelievably horny when, in San Andreas, I'd kill women on the beach. I'm honestly surprised I'm not more fucked up than I am.

I only ever did this in New Vegas, but I'm sure you can do it in every Bethesda game. Bring up the console, type "sexchange" and then click on the NPC in front of you to get their character ID and they'll morph into the opposite gender. Nobody ever talks about this functionality, but I thought it was hot. I turned Boone into a woman.

It's hard to collect underwear in BG3 because you mostly get new undergarments from partymembers joining or from Minthara's corpse. I would definitely collect them if NPCs spawned with obtainable underwear.

In Kenshi I pit captured bandits and raiders against their former comrades in a fighting arena that I made. You can build a wall and drop their bodies into the arena.

Today I killed a feral ghoul child in fallout 4, then spun it around in circles by its neck and flung it into the air.

Usually I just loot them and move on though.

In Fallout 3 I liked to arrange corpses into a story how I wanted them to die. Really liked rail spike gun because it allowed me to pin body parts to walls

I cast Raise Undead on them to get some cool minions.
Or Corpse Explosion.
Or when I played WoW I'd use any of my 20 toys that only work on Corpses like the one that gives you a set of knives and turns the corpse into a slab of meat, or the torch that just sets it on fire and so on.
