It's a dream come true ^_^ it's everything we liked about the anime and more... +400 choices that can make you live the story waaay differently. You still follow the anime plot but you do lots of different things to the level it makes the experience seems very new (even though i played it right after i finished the anime, i still enjoyed it) and we get 3 main routes with lots of sub-routes, it allowed us to see the past of lots of the characters and also live their story with them until we send them oof... the anime and game are my favorite ever :)

Sure, Kanade, Yui, and Miyuki probably fit well in a Key story. But Iwasawa, Hisako, and Yusa feel like they belong in a different dev

Really sad how maeda threw away such an unique setting with amazing potential, the anime only got 1 season and felt rushed to shit while the VN got axed after only 1 volume despite obviously being written for multiple volumes

The 2nd game in the series literally got released inside of his newest game ^_^ we got 3 new routes that give us new backstories/conclusion or 3 of the AB girls... not to mention that manga that is a prequel to AB! and show us what the characters are doing in the real world... Angel Beats! is not abandoned and we are still here :)
