Graphics isn't just some pipeline where the more realistic a thing is the harder it is to process, the entire graphics industry pipeline, infrastructure, and tooling is oriented towards 'realistic' graphics, and everything else is stepping outside of that golden path.

27'' from AOC same specs are going for 250$
If you fine with 24'' you can get 240hz for 50 bucks less.

Don't do it. I have a 3070 and 5600x as well and the game ran like shit on lowest settings with DLSS. Stutter like every 10 sec when running. Stutter like every 3 sec when fighting and I managed to get a fps drop down to 20 before I closed the game and refunded.
