There's not inherently "wrong" with the screenshot. The texture is high res enough not to appear blurry. If the texture does tile, it's undetectable. Nothing is "bad" here. Though, it would help is Samus and her bike were casting a shadow. That's the one thing that makes it look odd. Lack of cast shadow on the figure standing at the focal point.
Also, I would make the shadows of the landscape darker for higher contrast. Purple shadows look cheap to me, since a lot of amateur artists are taught to do it when they're still new to digital art. they're taught to create a new layer, set it to multiply, and then paint a purple shade in the multiplayer layer to create shadows. Since everyone does this, it ends up being the over-used shading style that looks cheap.
they could remedy this by making the shadows higher contrast and less purple.
