Sharingan evolves up to Mangekyo Sharingan, has a different design for everyone. The abilities of the Mangekyo Sharingan vary by the user, and are tied to the eyes. For example, Itachi has Tsukuyomi in one eye which traps targets in a perfect genjutsu where he controls even the passage of time, while he has Amaterasu in the other which creates black flames that burn until their target is ashes. Sasuke has Amaterasu and Kagutsuchi, the latter being able to manipulate the flames of Amaterasu into all sorts of things.

All Mangekyo Sharingan users share a final power, Susano'o, which creates an armored chakra warrior that surrounds the user. It starts off as an incomplete skeleton, gradually filling out and becoming the size of a Gundam. All Mangekyo Sharingan users have access to two forbidden techniques, Izanami and Izanagi. One of them allows the user to rewrite fatal attacks at the cost of permanently losing vision in an eye. The other allows the user to put the target in a permanent genjutsu that they can only escape by permanently changing to the user's will. This also costs an eye. The Mangekyo Sharingan has the negative side effect of permanent vision loss accompanied with continued usage, and the only way to circumvent this is to exchange eyes with a blood relative. Sasuke gets Itachi's eyes surgically implanted, and this gives him a stronger Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

The Sharingan is ultimately descended from the Rinnegan, which has an entirely different set of abilities including summoning monsters, creating gravitational centers (one created the moon), and absorbing chakra, among other things. Sasuke is given divine chakra from beyond to help end the war, and it unlocks the Rinnegan in one eye. He's able to switch locations with objects and has some sort of interdimensional teleporting that he uses to scout.

Goku's been picking up on techniques since Roshi, bruh. In Z he gets busted shit like spirit bomb and instant transmission, in Super he fights using weird shit like leaving behind ki landmines or being able to stop a user's movement temporarily. DB is where he learns most of his fundamentals like flying, the kamehameha and various fighting styles

Sakura was utter wasted potential. She's the epitome of having an open-ended character concept but either forgetting or not knowing how to expand upon it.
Maybe it was due to scoring low in early popularity polls, or Kishimoto forgetting that she exists and not knowing how to write her, but she became a stagnant character who only really improves because the plot will need those improvements later.
I have the same problem with the heroine in my developing graphic novel, even after making several changes.

she was consistently the most popular female in the cast. the issue was the series very quickly devolved into "who has the most broken OP kekkei genkai/demon beast sealed in them", and Sakura isn't from a clan with any particular special inheritance. she doesn't even have a unique family jutsu like Ino or Shikamaru. She was destined for the scrapheap as soon as the Chunin exams started. Hinata only barely scraped by because of her byakugan. It's not like Sakura was the only one to get left behind, look at all the other Rookie 11 who got forgotten in the war between Naruto and Orochimaru/Akatsuki/Madara, male and female. it wasn't because she was a girl, it was because she wasn't named Naruto or Sasuke.

Goku isn't smoothbrained, he's a combat genius and pretty smart outside of it too. He has the biggest arsenal out of any Z fighter and many exclusive moves. Goku can canonically perform the Kienzan, Solar Flare and pretty much any unique move outside of some stuff introduced in Super like Forced Spirit Fission and Ultra Ego (the technique). He's a goofball not a retard. Naruto on the other hand is an actual idiot.

His go to plan for everything is "Raise number"
Dealing with Time stops? Raise number, attain arbitrary immunity
Dealing with an enemy that eats Ki? Raise number! Give it so much Ki that it blows up

Gotta fight a new bad guy? Raise number! Raise so high your hair changes color and the attacks that were previously failing now miraculously land despite being animated in the exact same way, because number.

She was part of the main three but with the presence of a background character.

What she really needed was a purpose; Naruto had his desire to be the ninja president and learning more about the fox demon inside him later. And Sasuke was gagging to kill Itachi, to the point of pimping himself to Orochimaru.
Everything Sakura did was grounded and uninteresting from a shonen standpoint, especially compared to the two male leads.

her original motivation was "jump Sasuke's bone", like half the named females introduced before Shippuden. Kishimoto went out of his way to have practically every genin girl comment on how attractive Sasuke was, even Temari did when she was first introduced.
She did have some other motivation once her rivalry with Ino was expanded on (she's sick of being a background nobody, she doesn't want others to pity her, she wants to stand out on her own) and she was starting to grow past her obsession with Sasuke before he got kidnapped.
