There was this kitten I found and hand-raised. He was an obnoxious little shit but he was mine and I loved him. My home life became complicated and I eventually found myself taking care of my father with Parkinsons and my older brother who returned from being in prison. About 3 years ago, my cat went "missing" never to be seen again. I'm pretty sure my brother killed him for one reason or another but, being the pitiful shut in I am, I can neither prove it nor do anything about it.
