I always hated the UP letting you keep Heather and her staying alive. Totally takes the bite out of it and lets you basically keep her as a drug slave forever with no consequences. I'm not sure if that's in the basic version or only plus but I don't think it belongs in either.

Yeah, that's the thing-those voicelines are in the vanilla files, but the actual in-game triggers for them were broken or never implemented properly in the final retail release. So unless you were using a patch that reactivated or fixed quest logic, you wouldn't have heard them without messing with the console or scripts. Reconciliation + pendant is one of those classic "almost there" cut bits that Wesp restored in UP.

Also completely agree, Jeanette weaponizing people's confusion to manipulate them is peak Malk behavior. Even the devs probably weren't sure which sister was “real,” and that's exactly how she likes it.
