Just finished adding the public garden lot in CAW and reinstalling the world to work on creating the middle class Sims and furnishing their homes... decided to test it and the playground, art park, and super lame Hoppin golf park. So sent a sim to the parks and left her in the garden while fetching some coffee. Returned and one of her trailer park neighbor couples were sitting on one of the benches cuddling. Sometimes the game will just kick you in the feels...It was so cute I took a screenshot, it's one of the last ones before the ones looking down to give an idea on the layout if anyone wants to see them.

Anywho would love to see comments about the world, funny, grim, romantic, whatever that Sims get up to as well as suggestions for public lots, what you like about one and ofcourse complaints, such as Hoppin Golf sucks. Yes it does. 4 hopscotch courts and 8 golf driving ranges and nothing else is super suck compared to the garden and art park next to it lol. So yes even roasting the whole world will give me a chuckle, but otherwise comments on it will help me do better next time and there will be another world from me.

In particular his foyer/anteroom advice really influenced how I construct buildings, once you notice how most houses have something similar, even something small like a really short hallway with a small closet next to the front door, building something similar in the sims really makes it feel a bit more authentic

Idk man, the fun of the game for me is building shit. I like making a post modern glass and stone castle. I try to make bedrooms and bathrooms as tight and efficient as possible, and put them adjacent to spare rooms tailored to specific tasks. Like a computer room with tons of focus decor, or inspiration, or a gym, and then larger common areas attached to an open kitchen for throwing parties.
I also like building vertically. I just wish your sims didn't go full retard if you have multiple kitchens. They'll walk up three flights of stairs from the underground fuck dungeon and slave pens to wash the dishes in the other sink.

The bank doesn't actually want you to pay it off. The first half of the mortgage period is just paying the interest on the loan, so it's not until towards the end that you're actually "gaining" anything. And if you stop paying, they'll just take the house back and run the same scam on someone else. Infinite money.
