Honestly I work as L3/4 and I can say that whenever the L1 is a SEA/SA/India baboon you can tell because the ticket has no information, no diagnosis, and they ping you on teams as soon as they escalate it.
Brazilian people have an IQ about as low as India people, but at least they are nice.
SEA is just 30 minutes of small talk about my aunt (I don't even have an aunt) to get to the actual subject matter.
