I've not played Capcom's entire library, so I can't say, but that's also a complex question.
A lot of Capcom's games I've played have really good stories, so they "deliver" in the sense of having really good stories, and stories that fit what the game is trying to be (I've played the original Resident Evil 4, and it's trying to be campy fun horror and it definitely succeeds - so I would say it "delivers" there).
But does anyone hold Resident Evil 4 up as an example of game that "delivers in terms of story"? Even though I think it delivers a good story and does it well?
