I'm here too. I'm honestly about to drop the game. All these gauntlet fights and add bosses and honestly idk if it's my controller or the game but platforming has become very unfun too with inputs just not being read or dropping pretty consistently. I've tested it time and time again and many times if I'm holding x in the air it's like the input will give out for a slip second and cause me to drop. I thought I was going crazy and just bad but it really seems like there's an input issue. Or my controller is shit. Not to take away from me also being shit fwiw

Dancers was an anomaly of a boss fight where it just got easier with each new phase. Even ignoring the victory lap of smacking the lone one at the end.
The last real phase of the fight where they stop syncing up and you only have to pay attention to one at a time should've been phase 1, then have them attack simultaneously, then mess around with the timing of the attacks pausing to catch you off guard.

If you pogo, you WILL get hit by one of their AoE slams as they inevitably cover most of the arena. You cannot seriously be recommending pogo strats here. You should be using tools, not repeatedly pogo'ing them which puts you in danger of getting caught between their AoE's

Architect lets you cheese everything with tool spam.
Witch + mirrors is basically easy mode.
Poison + any tool with high use count can be added to just about any build.
Shaman spell spam works fine too, just use bug juice to help replenish silk faster.

But nooo people are going reaper with some knives and defensive talismans and take ages to kill anything.

I'm good at (Hunter) pogo.
Ironically, I'm bad at Reaper (it feels too fucking slow), I use Hunter as my main. Pogo + clawline makes a lot more sense than what you said earlier, but still isn't a good strat. You are better off using tools + silk abilities, focusing one of them first, then it's a cakewalk to kill the other one. I don't mean in a cheese way like poison/shock spam either, just passively using them. Never get in-between them. Pogo should really just be used for positing rather than damage, sprint-attacks are better for damage, optional pogo follow-up if you need to aerial dodge quickly.

Spells are good once you are comfortable with the enemies so you don't need as much heals and can just increase damage output, but thing is, most people aren't going to be fighting the boss again after beating it once, so all the silk will be saved for heals, which more than likely you'll be using constantly while learning as each heal negates only 1.5x boss hits.
Only time I remember using spells in a boss fight was the spear for the Splinter Sister because it neatly deletes the adds and vines in 1 hit.
