If you're so dense that you don't get what caring even is, it'll be hard.
Regardless, matters of identity aren't matters of caring.
They are matters of being, with implication that certain atypical modes of being are corruption of proper being. It's nothing other than betrayal of meaning.
Most people, whether they are normal or corrupt, can't parse or explain it this.
