for some reason I thought there was more like this but Silent Hill: Shattered Memories really just is the only game that actually analyzes the player and it's definitely the only one overt enough to have sequences where you're talking with a therapist

Not really the same, but you might want to look into games that start with a quiz to define your characters and stats. It's obviously not as in depth as SM, but it offers something close to a basic analysis that may or may not match.
7th Stand User is a good example of this, specially because your result influence a lot of things. Miracles is the certified incel result.

It's a completely unique experience, and fans of the series were probably put off by that. It's a really genuinely very unique and interesting game that's worth experiencing for its own sake but it got tossed aside because of the heckin wagglan and "it's not a real silent hill"
