Yeah. There's a sequence in a Spider-Man game where you're looking through a sniper scope of an NPC who is trying to shoot Spider-Man but you still control him so you're dodging it while in a different person's perspective

No, that's 4th dimension. 3rd person means an uninvolved outside observer that is still a primary source, i.e. a pedestrain or a camera. To get 4th person shooter, you'd have to not observe the action at all.
So it wouldn't be a shooter, you'd just tell them where to go and they operate and you get updated on the results. Like one of those top-down swat games. Or Mount and Blade autoresolve.

I've merely scratched onto a concept I don't know what you'd do with this yet.
Anonymous No.721175525 >>721175818
>>721175316
You could really do soemthing with this if you evolved from this point. I'm only scratchin gvery vague things here. but maybe you could have soemthing to do with a playing space like this sort of thing that folds into something and gets you to places you wouldn't otherwise get or maybe some kind of puzzle game could come from this premise. Like a 2d representation of the folding of space time to make portals or something... I don't know.

>>721175624
Not really. The concept is very vague so far though... I'd need to think more about it for it to be something understandable to more than just myself, because I've only yet glanced at it... tasted of it...

It would involve some level of meta thinking about the way you play the game and you would equally be playing something in your mind as you would be playing something on the screen.
