Lace 2 is more fun than Lace 3. I never had a problem with the dark arena but Lace 3 just strips too much freedom from you. There is exactly one very precise response to everything she does, and she doesn't allow you to do anything outside that. You stand still, wait to see the move, play Simon's Says, react to what she does next, and so on. You can only get in 1-2 hits per exchange if you do it perfectly, and in her phase 2-3 she can stall you really hard with spells. It takes forever. In Lace 2 you have much more freedom to get aggressive with her and improvise your punishes. There's more of a flow and it feels more like a dance than a Simon Say's game. It's better.

Finally found lost sinner. Honestly really cool fight, being an advanced version of Widow makes sense with her own series of tricks.
Took me a few tries, I had pale oiled my needle once so she didn't feel too easy. A nice challenge showing Cherry can actually make good fights when they want to.

Beastfly 2 isn't about clawline, it's a damage check. NTA but I beat him in just 5 tries because my needle had enough upgrades to oneshot his adds with thread storm. Once the adds are gone, just pogo him to death. He'll charge at you, you pogo and land behind him. He'll charge again, you pogo again and land behind him. His only other attack is destroying the floor tiles. But you can bait his motion so he destroys either the left or right half so you've got more solid ground to be on. And since you're pogoing, you're not even really moving. These are the only things he does besides summon adds. If the adds are getting oneshot, that's not that bad. I'm convinced that Beastfly 2 is their way of gatekeeping how much HP you're intended to have before you get too far into Act 2, since he's basically just a check on how many upgrades you've got.

Reaper is actually not great for newbies, if you get hit frequently it's basically just a slow piss weak Hunter with an easier pogo.
To play Reaper well you need to be able to avoid damage at all costs since you lose the on hit buff instantly otherwise. The whole idea is to Bind and use the extra Silk to spam Silk Skill, then Bind again when you eventually do get hit or the buff runs out.

It's extremely fair. There's no real gotcha moments or anything you have to learn and they give you a ton of free enemies to regen Silk for healing.
If you take it slowly there's really no reason you should die to anything in there, even the boss is balanced in a way that you can do it first try since all his attacks are very straightforward and well telegraphed to the point that you can just wing it, there's no trip ups there.
Coral Tower as a whole is just a huge general Silksong skill check, it requires a fairly wide skillset but nothing even close to resembling mastery in any certain aspect.

There's two types of flying mobs there and both of them have very straightforward attack patterns. One of them will almost always catch you if you try to harpoon them since they throw those aimed spinny things at you but are very slow otherwise, they are prime targets for a wall jump into pogo, while the others move around a lot quicker but don't have anything that aims at you so you can harpoon them easily.
You should also have a ton of experience fighting those ant ninjas at this point, and the Coral Tower ones die in 3 hits so you can get rid off them almost before they do anything

I also beat Last Judge in only like 4 attempts. The hardest part was rationing poison knife use because that's your only realistic source of ranged damage at the time.
