What's that weird old game with like baby guys and an airship or something and all the architecture looks really surreal

You want strange and unusual? Try these:

- LSD: Dream Emulator – PS1 acid trip simulator, changes every time you play. Nightmares made digital.
- Hylics – Claymation JRPG with surreal visuals and random text that somehow *works*.
- Pathologic Classic HD – Barely functions as a game but the atmosphere and writing are unmatched. Suffering as a gameplay loop.
- Killer7 – Suda51's magnum opus of "what the hell is happening?" in cel-shaded form.
- E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy – The most broken, incoherent Deus Ex clone ever made. Shoots so far past bad it loops back into brilliant.

You’re welcome, anon.

think Rain World meets GTA2 with a massive dose of shrooms

it's the only game where you can find bonus items by SCRATCHING OFF UI ELEMENTS WITH THE CURSOR

that cover is for Gadget: Invention, Travel & Adventure, not Gadget: Past as Future.

the latter is the updated release of the former with better quality cinematics and a rather poor attempt to clarify the story

There's nothing particularly weird about Suzuki Bakuhatsu except the absurd premise of a qt grill finding ticking time bombs everywhere - other than that it's a straightforward puzzle game.

Wow I didn't know they made a game about Vomit-chan

Forget me not -Palette- is a RPG Maker adventure game that won a prize and got an updated release for the PS1
Lady Sword is a barebones first person dungeon crawler(maze game) where the gimmick is that you get rewarded with pictures of naked girls

Does it have engrish? I liked the first one.

Kang fu has some interesting graphical choices, though otherwise it's a pretty standard platformer for its time, and can be hard to emulate as it's exclusively on Amiga CD32.
If you want something really strange and unusual, try Strawberry Cubes, not sure I can describe that game at all.

The visuals for this game are genuinely hard to look at, it's like a bad AI made it before AI even existed
