Radiance getting mad that Pale King was such a better god that her own moth tribe just forgot about her is a pure skill issue.
Maybe Radiance should get some tramway policies and stop sucking her own clit Grandmother Silk style.

Pharloom
>benches are one-time use only, they eject you and demand more money if you want to use them again
>no hot springs, no trams, no public service
>shit economy that creates a huge division between rich and poor, everyone below the Citadel is a bum left to fend for themselves
>message from the ruling class: a confession you have to pay for, which shames and chides you even if you're free of sin
>the ruler of the land essentially harvests its subjects for raw materials, ruins every society around her citadel just because
>so many buzzsaws and spikes and thorns everywhere that if you ever drop your rosaries, you'll never get them back
>even some tiny critters do 2x or stunlock you in 1+1 damage animations
>areas like Sinner's Road and Bilewater are absolute hellholes of monsters, fatally toxic air and water

Hallownest
>most benches are free, buying access to a paid bench grants access forever
>public hot springs, trams, the living standards between different areas are consistent and similar
>economy so stable that it still lasts even after the kingdom completely fell apart
>messages from the ruling class: support, guidance, promises of safety and salvation
>the ruler will protect his people at any cost, he'd sooner sacrifice his own sons than harm his royal subjects, has peaceful diplomatic relations with neighboring societies
>Buzzsaw festival is only in the White Palace, the rest of the kingdom is constructed safely
>one mask damage most of the time - 2x only from giant enemies, heavy explosions, or godlike creatures
>the worst possible area is the Royal Waterways just because it's kind of smelly

APOLOGIZE NOW

Hallownest
>Logical transport systems, including stagways and horizontal trams
>Believable biomes, encompassing the fungal, floral, mineral, and insectoid kingdoms

Pharloom
>You get around by riding on a speechless dog through tunnels FILLED with METAL BELLS (somehow you survive this, despite being killed by brushing up against a dustmite)
>ROBOT KINGDOM, CRUST CRAB CORAL KINGDOM, SNOWYDALE, LAVA LAND, and HIV SWAMP ONE and TWO

Hallownest having believable biomes really sold it for me. You can literally see the Greenpath-Fog Canyon-Queen’s Gardens connection, or the Fungal Wastes having previously been fungal farms right outside the city (irl ants make fungal farms in their colonies) to feed the city. The Royal Waterways also irrigating the fungal farms with said water is also a nice touch as fungus grows on shit and water. Crystal Peak was connected to the moth tribe so it makes sense the Resting Grounds are right below it as the moths lived there. And the Hive, Coliseum, Deepnest and Ancient Basin/Abyss being outside of Hallownest proper and having the same rocky geography as Howling Cliffs (other than Abyss which is filled with shade remains) makes a lot of sense.

Silksong on the other hand:
>entire bottom of map is lava pit, except for the extreme portions of moss grotto and far fields - volcanic areas don’t turn to greenery right outside them
>the polluted water from the ducts goes and poisons bilewater and sinner’s road and…then…is completely fine as it rains down in greymoor?
>also the ducts has clean water at its far end that kills maggots, we see that it overflows out of them so why doesn’t it clean up bilewater?
>where the fuck did all the sand in wormways, sands of karak and blasted steps come from? they’re right below mount fay (cold area) and above moss grotto (lush greenery) yet the latter are also nearly outside pharloom so shouldn’t they have sand as well?

No, that's retard logic. Radiance lost her followers because she was a horrible god who only viewed mortals as extensions of herself. If she weren't shit, she'd still be one of the major deities and the PK probably would have even let her chill in Hallownest.
