Koei is only doing slightly better than Platinum was when they were owned in all but name by Nintendo. I'm surprised they even continue to have a prescence on other consoles outside of the Switch. That being said, Dynasty Warriors Origins seems to have been a success. Should it's impending sequel also succeed, you can expect that to be the new base formula. Old formula stuff would be relegated to spinoffs, and who's to say what we'd get. Bamco would rather do DLC for One Piece instead of commition a whole new game. Gundam is dead, as is the norm. Age of Imprisonment will likely suck since Nintendo insists on bleeding BotW dried and won't allow any actual experimentation or celebration like the first Hyrule Warriors. A new Fire Emblem musou coukd happen, but with Koei most likely being the ones working on the Fire Mixtape Emblem, it'd be a ways off.
