The same goes for Stadium and Stadium 2. Emulation allows you to connect them to the handheld games. You can't beat Round 2 with Rentals, not without RNGesus smiling down on you.
At least you can beat Colosseum and XD story modes without needing to transfer Pokemon from RSE, but good luck beating the challenge modes and side content without them.

I unexpectedly feel most nostalgic for N64 games now because I think that's when 3D games had the most gameplay density. visuals weren't afraid of having color. Game fog was a tool to get the most out of hardware performance instead of being used to remove soul.

The fact that they stopped selling their old game as a one-time purchase is the real crime. I do emulate games already but I'd be willing to pay a one-time fee for a few favorites. But I'm not spending an average of $4 a month on retro games, so it's not actually good value. I'd pay for Sunshine, Colosseum, and Path of Radiance but you really think Mario Strikers and Soul Calibur II can entertain me for more than 20 minutes before I never turn them on again?

I remember playing some superman game on some sega console, and this superman game is nowhere to be found on the sega collection in NSO. Is it licencing issue?
