Fighting game characters should either be attractive men and women or freaks of some sort, ranging from silly animal character all the way to hideous monster. Normal, ugly people have no place in fighting games.

That's the fun part: we don't really know.
It's very likely that she will be a rushdown, not an outright shoto. We didn't have a real rushdown in a long time.
The shark arm is still a big mystery box. Concept art shows using it to shoot lasers (or water beams). In the gacha, it also gets giant and noms the enemy. I myself hope that she has some set-play going on, summoning whirlpools and that kind of stuff. Or setting up the shark as a trap.
