I don't know if I'd call Zero Ranger 'easy' because lives can still be kinda hard to come by given the games scoring system and while you can bounce off of stuff, more often then not bouncing still leads towards a life lost thanks towards pinballing.

Honestly the only game I see on here that I'd call 'easy to 1cc' is R-Type Leo because of how strong and spammy the bits are that as long as you don't run yourself into obsolesces you're pretty much fine where you don't even need to mash shot for 80% of the game.
Batrider and Battle Garegga though should never be on 'easy' list, or any game for that matter that directly rewards knowing to die to get more score to refresh your lives to die and do it some more. That style of gameplay requires so much preamble I'm not even going to start getting into it right now, but aim to do better and less trolling.
But here, if people want some real games, on steam, to grab that are easy enough and you can 1cc after playing them just once or twice to figure out how they work:
Graze Counter GM is chances are the best given just how OP you are in general.
Drainus is a modern Jets'n'Guns with ship customizing but far easier barrier system to bypass a lot of the otherwise difficulty the normal mode would offer. The fact that ship power = hits till dead goes a long way as well for an easy 1cc.
Mirage Feathers is an After Burner/Fantasy Zone shooter, that I'd say teeters between 'easy enough' while still having enough difficulty to have you know what you doing by the last few stages.
Never Awake is very easy with it's equipment system, only really adding difficulty with it's post-game unlockable content, but lacks a real '1cc' function as a result.
RefRain's the last one I'd suggest, and even then it's pushing on difficulty, but due towards the 2 hit life system it can be rather forgiving.
