It's absolutely canon due to the details that >>722938616 pointed out. Ending A is obviously canon and ending S for Enki is as well as he lived to write the skin bibles of Termina.

Almost finished with the mod, just got to add in a custom S-ending. Other than that it's fully playable now. I think I got most of the bugs but if I missed any let me know.

So what made Girl's godhood special (other than being the offspring of Le'garde and a New God)

Is she on par with Old Gods, or stronger than them
If Le'garde's seed and a New God's womb is all that is required to produce souls powerful enough to create Old Gods, can't he

Is there a limit on a number of Old Gods that can exist at a time?

The little girl embodied the raw emotions of an entire era, abstract concepts more pure than human form given power. Its implied that she is supposed to be on par with old gods. She is universally all of fear and hunger as total concepts.

NTA but I don't understand how anyone can hear any of his dialogue in F&H2 and think that he's a bloodthirsty ghoul. Everything that he's done and says matches up with his personality in the New God endings, all the war he's done is just a means to create Logic. Hell, if he was a ghoul I doubt he'd have such an altruistic endgoal.
He kills Pav only because he's trying to get revenge, he attacks you at the end only because you might stop his plans. I mean for fucks sake, why would he have his New God design if he wasn't a New God? It wouldn't make any sense for Ghoul Le'garde to randomly decide to just dress up like that.
The effect of rot on him is admittedly bizarre and the strongest evidence for him being a ghoul, but he's the only character in the game with such a massive reaction to rot that it's hard to say what it means, and I think the evidence against him being a ghoul outweighs the rot sprite.
There's also the possibility that he became a ghoul and then went back and became a New God but that just seems contrived to me. But Miro isn't exactly an expert writer so maybe that is actually the case.

Are you ok there dude? She's literally the result of a New God's plan to usurp the Old Gods and you can see that with The Girl's unique soul too.

The Girl was all a part of Nilvan's plan, I could be misremembering things but I don't think he was aware of what Nilvan was planning with her.

I don't think he "went back" he probably wanted to go to the golden throne as soon as he was revived.

That doesn't match up with D'arce's S ending but I guess it's possible. It's not like the endings are all canon anyway, so it's possible that hers is only partially canon.

I liked Termina a lot but i wish it was finished when i played it, or that it would ever be finished for that matter
The most intriguing part for me was the "workshop" but in the version I played it was never explained what it was or why part of it (or a copy?) was in the white bunker
I get that it's linked to Sulfur but how exactly? And iirc Sulfur was a pretty separate plot point from Legarde and his machine god

Not that I'm aware of. He's been posting little teasers of the Termina update pretty regularly for the past 2 years, so I don't think he's been working on anything else.
