I took a break to try RS3 Leagues and had fun, but I'll be back for the new "League" this week and looking forward to seeing what happens with Sailing next month

I've been mostly sticking with RS3 for most of the time since I started playing again, I'll be starting OSRS when sailing comes out, it looks like it'll be fun.

No, I don't think they're planning to retroactively make any quest like Cabin Fever or Bone Voyage integrate Sailing or give Sailing XP or anything. You can only set sail and dock your boat at designated points, like Charter Ship docks, and like with Charter Ships you still need quest requirements to go certain places and also can't sail through/dock at certain locations without a high enough Sailing level. If you try to sail to Crandor before Dragon Slayer your boat will be attacked by Elvarg, and I assume you won't be able to sail into Morytania or Tiranwyn without completing Priest in Peril or Regicide.

Is that actually a planned thing or just something assumed? It'd be really neat to give an actual event that prevents docking somewhere instead of just a 'You can't be here' text.
