Kamikaze Lassplanes just released on Xbox. You know, the game where on Switch not only did this CG have to be altered to show less skin, but even the girl's facial proportions had to be changed to be less "moe" because Nintendo now associates that with child rape? It just released completely uncensored on Xbox of all fucking platforms. Even on the store page. I think it's settled that Nintendo is now the single worst platform for Japanese-style fanservice. The worst part is that Japanese publishers are still doubling down on Switch just like they did Playstation for several years, so these games are just going to keep getting fucked for at least a few years until they pivot again... and then the next platform will probably slam the door in their faces as well. I'm not exaggerating when I argue it should be not be legal for platform holders to wield their market dominance in this manner. It's going to have a Steam demo in 3 days and the Steam description seems to verify that its uncensored on there.

Context:
In the image of the leaked document, NOE refers to Nintendo of Europe, and TPCi refers to The Pokémon Company International. The character they're expressing concerns about is Pokémon Sun and Moon's Olivia. She is clearly an adult fictional character, both in terms of fictional character and fictional design. Other leaked documents from the Teraleak even explicitly confirm her as fictionally 34 years old. Their concern indicates anti-anime brain rot of Nintendo employees, rather than legal compliance like they frame it. After all, her in-game design successfully passed uncensored.

The people who made the kind of concerns expressed in the image could've got a higher position at Nintendo in 2022.
