I'm really excited to try this next weekend. I don't know about you guys but in 2013 till about 2018 I was addicted to the Last of Us multiplayer mode. I played that shit with my bros x100 the main game. This new game might fill that void I've been missing since then. The third person crafting and robots instead of zombies. Is anyone else stoked? I'm a big fan of Embarks game the Finals too and finding out that was a side project and they have been working on Arc for over 5 years surprised me.
Anyone here play the beta 5 months ago? I've only heard good things. And is there archive threads for that event? Thanks.

I really liked the last beta and I will probably like this one too, but it does make me sad that the game rebooted 2 years ago and instead of being a physics based PvE game (and eating Helldivers 2 alive) they are instead chasing the dying trend of extraction shooters right as a bunch are coming out, including 1.0 Tarkov
Like the game is better than a lot of those others but it still makes me sad that it could have been the greatest coop game ever made and now it's pvp slop

to be fair I would say like 3/4 interactions I had with players in the last beta were positive. I even had a good PVP fight and the guy revived me at the end and gave me some armor and left. maybe that will change as time goes on but it was pretty cool and I don't see it often in other games

How has the ship sailed? The game isn't even out yet and they can make a dedicated pve server at any point in the future. Add in 50 times the arc bots

The game would suck ass as a PvE game right now, it's not like Tarkov where at least you can enjoy the gun autism, building your hideout and working your way through tasks. Arc Raiders has nowhere near as many content that could make it enjoyable without players.

Did none of you fags play Last of us multiplayer? I didn't touch 2 because they dropped continuing it.
Before that I played Bioshock 2 multi. All these great game modes lost to time...
