It's a seinen manga about a dude who's just about to leave high school. He's got no idea where he's supposed to go in life but he realizes he's good at driving fast and ends up in a bunch of challengers with local street racers after his friends pull him into their "fights", his dad encourages him to participate.
It's basically a coming of age story in a street racing wrapper. A fair share of it is also adviced by Keichi Tsuchiya, though it's still got its weird anime moments like the main car being faster than it should be until it receives an upgrade later.
I'd say it's good, but it gets kind of formulaeic around the 4th stage, at that point you're only watching for Eurobeat and some racing technicals, but it is able to have some uniquely hype moments. Also the soundtrack is basically a revolving door of fun times.
