Easily this. MMO's are dead anyway and gatcha fans are at least honest about what their games are. MOBA's are one of the worst genres to ever exist.

I would delete MOBA.

As awful as gacha are, they at least have hot anime girls. Some also have compelling gameplay while also making free-to-play rewards juuuuust barely good enough to be playable. With MMOs the potential is still there, but they're held back by shitty internet which hasn't improved in over 20 years. Once they can have massive crowds with gameplay that isn't designed to work with dial-up internet they'll have a chance to get big again.

MOBA are just ass all around. Antiquated gameplay still rooted in wc3 mods, toxic environments, huge time buy-in for a match, and there's no true cooperative play. It's really you vs your team vs another team.

obviously you don't wanna delete MMOs incase they make SAO or dot hack a reality in the future

Moba easily because then we never would have had Arcane. I'm a huge animation fan so I will take any opportunity to delete slop, especially when it's slop that boomers like and think animation is when in reality they don't know ANYTHING about animation nor do they like it.

Also mobas can just be inside of mmos anyway so if you somehow like that genre just ask for that mode to be added to any mmo.
