it's fine. jumping really doesn't matter for anything except rounding a corner but you'd be better off sliding around it. mantling is fine, just too slow, they nerfed most of the shit because people were getting on rooftops and ruining how certain maps played during the beta (Cairo)

yea way too fucking slow. Beta was turbo fast and now that speed makes even more sense with the amount of guns in the game. But they probably have mastery slow so people don't get camos fast unironically. then the cash shop will come out when the BR launches.

maps are fine, they're made to be more infantry friendly since certain maps from V and all of 2042 left a bad taste in everyone's mouth. Everyone that wasn't a vehicle whore at least. It's also to appeal to the CoD crowd so they can hit their 100 million pipe dream most likely when they release the BR and make that f2p
>open weapons
they have class specific skills to incentivize picking weapon types on them. but I'd imagine most people wouldn't play recon anyway if you were locked to these snipers. they desperately need their attachments if you get into any type of duel. assault and recon blow dicks early. support is just every one man army's dream when assault should be that. engie is fine. I've just avoided playing open maps, and all you have to do is sneak one AT mine next to a tank and rocket the tank close to the mine to one shot it. Rockets are unreliable but I'm assuming the balancing is like that to stop people from just quick swapping a couple engies in one squad and instantly blowing up enemy armor from Africa. There's not much that can be done. I mean technically already you can just immediately have people swap and instantly destroy armor with 4 guys. If you buff that then vehicles can't play the game. If you make vehicles stronger then vehicles and infantry can't play the game either. it's just the nature of battlefield.
