Why haven’t the Yuuzhan Vong appeared in a Star Wars game yet despite being popular antagonists?

Everyone hates the Vong they’re the Drukhari from 40k that somehow got lost along the way and ended up in SW.

They were wonderful in most of their concept, but their disconnectedness from the Force making them immune to it and unable to be sensed was rather dumb.
They should be immune to mental manipulation, but the actual physical effects of the Force(pushed, choked, zapped, etc.) wouldn't realistically stop just because they're bereft of it themselves. These two points are easily fixed though and I'd love to see them in a good game.

I am actually surprised that they were mentioned in Kotor, but not in TOR, or at least in Empire at war as a goof faction.

>but their disconnectedness from the Force making them immune to it and unable to be sensed was rather dumb.
That was good. It meant that the Jedi couldn't rock the plot armor as hard. I do agree that they would need a better explanation for them not getting worked by the force attacks though. A device that projects a field would work for their elite soldiers.

>A device that projects a field
never liked the concept of technology somehow being able to interfere with mysterious powers. That would mean that the force can be phyically interacted with in some way other than through the mind of someone who is force sensitive. And how would a race that is so disconnected from the force even be able to create a device that protects them from it? Wouldn't that require some understanding of the force's nature and therefore the ability to interact with it?
>midichlorians
oh yeah... a shitty explanation for a shitty explanation

But I don't like the idea of anything being fully immune to the force anyways. Makes the force much less impressive. The Jedi were always balanced by their low numbers, we don't need a race immune to the force.
>there were thousands of jedi at some point in time!
Yeah, but on a galactic scale, a few thousand is very very very few. And most of them are fodder to the point that jango can take them out simply shooting them with his blasters, the truly powerful ones can be counted on one hand.

The force is not entirely useless against the Vong however, despite their immunity to it.
All force powers that don't rely on interaction with the enemy (read; aggressive ones) are unaffected. You can still shield yourself from damage, heal yourself, use battle meditation to make yourself and your allies more effective in combat, throw things at them, use projection to create illusions and confuse them, enhance your physical powers, force speed, force jump, all htese things would still work.
It is actually the dark side of the force that is affected most by the vong's immunity. Because it relies almost entirely on aggressive powers aimed against an opponent. One explanation for Palpatine creating the empire was that he wanted to attain the military and economic power to prepare the galaxy for a war against the vong, yet he destroyed the side of the force that was most fit to fight them. Ironic.

Force precocnition would also still work, which is one of the most important powers in combat, because it doesn't rely on reading your enemies mind/feeling his intentions. Otherwise it wouldn't work against droids. They are machines and don't have a mind or intentions, yet jedi can still consistently deflect their blaster fire.

except it wouldn't, because the idea they're immune to the force should also mean they're a blackhole in your ability to see what they do in the future. You might at best see secondary effects, like bullets coming at you, but not the sword they're swinging themselves.

Isn't the explanation for their lack of force presence something stupid like they polluted their homeworld so their planet got uppity and cut them off to give them a lesson? That would have to change IMO.

Just steal more from 40k and they be blanks. So not only are they devoid of the force, but being near them weakens or straight up nullifies the force sensitive from even connecting to the force, which can hurt the force user or straight up kill them due to them relying on the force to live.

The holdo maneuver to me was the moment the entire series died, like the director or writer thought no one ever in the history of star wars thought to ram another ship in light speed? Let alone another writer? Up until then I just assumed it was similar to trek where its warp bubbles or whatever, now its literally the entire universe is to retarded to figure that out. Like why the fuck build a death star when you can just ram a ship in to a planet at light speed?

We have evidence of a race seeding biological life across the galaxy 4 000 000 000 YEARS AGO.

YEARS
And there's no evidence of a multidimensional synthetic race that has wiped out the galaxy multiple times? Except the beacon that the romulans found and told no one about?

There's literally nowhere else to go with the star wars story. Lucas made his "galaxy" the size of a small city. Everywhere is known, it's all explored, everyone who matters is already there or dead. It's why they struggled to create another villain and had to bring back Sheev. Anything that would carry a dozen books needed to come from outside the galaxy and be immune to the force or it would get wrecked. So you can blame Lucas for that. And you can stop whining since you couldn't come up with anything better.

All they had to do was say that functional shields 100% always negate the tactic (and knock out the ship's shields somehow, probably sabotage - even incompetently! - by the people who were running around on the ship already) so it becomes a niche tactic that you can only use when you've basically won already anyway. But they didn't think about it for 2 seconds so they couldn't even do that.
The death star remains a powerful and feared weapon because it was explicitly able to overpower planetary shields in one shot.

Because there is no need for it to go anywhere. The story that mattered, i.e. the one in the movies, was told. Lucas never cared or intended for all that extended crap for developmentally stunted autists. It was a morality tale for 12-year-olds. Grow up and move on, you pathetic manchildren. The point of Star Wars was to encourage you to move out in the world and go on your own adventure, like Luke did. But no, Star Wars fans want to be perpetual manchildren who can't grow up, they make it a point of obsession and their entire personality. They spend weeks arguing about made up after the fact fictional ship characteristics and lightsaber forms. Alec Guinness ended up being right. I hate Star Wars "fans".
