I wasn't playing at the time but a couple months after Android 21 was released I heard that with the newest balance patch at the time, all the characters became viable. All of them. It was basically the best balancing patch the game has seen.

Her ultimate can also include her giant form. She can be one of the coolest additions to the game. the game is probably the best Dragon Ball game of all time and you can ask most people about it and they will probably put it in their personal top 2 Dragon Ball games ever. But it's also an online multiplayer game and it's really great one too. It's just a great fighting game. Now if you want to play it as a casual you'll have a blast since it's very approachable for new players. It's really easy to recommend the game for new players.

now the issue is whether or not the online pvp multiplayer is still active or not. I haven't played it in 2 or 3 years so I don't know the current state of the game. If it's not active then don't buy it and accept that you missed out on the greatest DB game. But if it's still active with plenty of players who aren't sweats then go for it and enjoy all the fun peak /v/diya moments.

I like Toriyama's humor. The OG manga and parts of Z were genuinely pretty funny. Stuff like Jackie Chun's song with Goku joining in and Gotenks vs Buu were funny to me. Even as late as Super, Dragon Ball was funny when it wanted to be with things like the baseball episode and Champa in general. Unfortunately, whatever fire Toriyama had seemed to die down by Daima. Despite trying to capture OG DB's vibes, Daima was really tame and boring.
