which engine do I pick to avoid being a 'jak?

Ignoring the wojaks solodevs are probably best served by pygame because then they might at least learn a skill useful in a real job. Game maker is pretty powerful as long as you're exclusively working in 2D now though.

I want to make a game but i can't even think of an idea. Sometimes i wonder if i'm an NPC

This advice sounds like a joke, but make something simple and quick based on your favored fetish material. Most fetish scenarios are not a particularly deep well to draw from (as in one scenario involving a fetish), so you won't overscope the game, and it will guarantee you'll get at least a few playtesters.
