Dark Reign 2. It had the best camera of any RTS prior to Warcraft 3. The rest of it is just okay though.

one of the worst pieces of shit i ever played.. it only covers half the book and is a terribly-voiced, buggy turd. the 'gameplay' is some of the most monotonous crap ever conceived.

Guns of Icarus Online
The idea was cool on paper, it was pvp ship battler where each ship was crewed by 4 people with different classes (usually 1 captain, 1 gunner and 2 engineers, at least until the meta showed that having 3 engineers is better than having a gunner) which ended up with 2 out of 4 people having fun, captain and gunner because engineers had to keep on repairing the ship which got tedious pretty fast. Now they're making a similar game but in a sci-fi setting.
