Seriously, do people that constantly relied on cheap crutches like this think that their victories were deserved? You didn’t beat game. I am not saying this to piss you off. It’s just you were over reliant on mechanics and combos that trivialized the whole challenge. You didn’t invest your time or forced yourself to be patient against the overwhelming odds. That’s why it would be insulting to people that actually forced themselves into mastering the actual game mechanics and battles. You should accept that you have never beaten Silk Song and what you did was no different than watching someone beat the game online. If you have at rlast some dignity as a gamer you should accept these facts.

No, I don't. Can you proc it with other crests? The only thing I can think of is maybe getting lifeblood from the cocoons but you'd need 2 cocoons for it and that would be extremely tedious since you can't fast travel.

Yeah that's incredibly tedious. You'd have to grab two cocoons then run all the way to the area you wanted to do since fast travelling undoes the overdose. So it's effectively exclusive to the Architect.

"Beating the game" is not something with an ambiguous definition. Obstacles in the game require tools, wits and skill to overcome, and sometimes one of these categories can be leveraged to have more relevance to the outcone than others. However, providing you stayed within the means provided by the game itself, you can say you beag it by overcoming these obstacles.

As one of highest ranked silksong pvp players. Beast's a low tier. Its bind sucks for pvp. I could've just waited out the healing period and it's useless. It's also way too easy to punish. the crest's mediocre at best unless you're into a niche no tools category(only 5% of players) while Architect is considered to be the best with its mindgame potential and long range heavy attack

That's always been irrelevant for boss fights. Cogflies are good because they offer high damage per shard cost, and they're brainless to use, you don't need to aim them, you just summon them and let them do their work.
