Haven't played any of the hyped releases this year but E33 will absolutely sweep, Silksong will get extremely held back by being a difficult game and also lots of people not considering 2D titles "proper games"

Why even bother doing any awards except for the final one? Even the few people who give a shit about Geoff's Award Show don't care about literally anything else except Game of the Year. He may as well just fill the entire with ads and then give out GoTY at the end, which is obviously what he wants.

Why the fuck do people even like video game trailers? They're absolutely fucking pointless. It's a three to five minute whose entire point is to say "this game will exist at some point in future." Making a trailer for a video game is like making a newspaper text article for a movie.
