Not sure how it'd work. The Heartless/Nobodies/etc. would probably look Pokemon-ish, but I dunno if TPC would let SE/Disney have Sora actually hit any Pokemon outside of maybe bonking away some Dark (or Bug) type to get it to go away like you'd see in the anime sometimes.
You'd definitely get a summon out of the world (either the box legendary of the current gen, or Pikachu), and your Keyblade would definitely give summon bonuses.
I'd assume the Pokemon Keyblade would look like (or be) a Rotom because TPC has been loving that for a while.

I don't know if SE/Disney would do ALL the planets, but they probably could, since each planet in the game is pretty tiny in both the lore and the actual content.
Both the Keyblade and any summons would be magic-focused for sure, though I don't know who the summon/partner would be other than maybe the light-magic protag, but they don't talk. Could be cool if it was Lassi since she's one of the more "regular" party members and is with you the longest (and honestly gets the most dialogue), plus more bnuny is always good. I doubt they'd have a summon that would pull out all 5/6 students, but I can't remember if any of the KH games have a summon that pulls out that many people at once.
MS's plot could easily be reworked into something about the Darkness in the sun or something, since that's not that far off from what happens in the game.
