Truthfully, I had that problem until I was 10. Being so addicted to games that I couldn't pull away to take a shit. I only stopped because my stepmom forced me to clean the dirty underwear by hand in the bathroom sink. I will in fact put her in a nursing home as a result but thank god I didn't become a worse autist. I actually ended up being quite the family man. Anyways, I remember being forced to go to a shrink about it and we had to name the issue. I named it Pegasus because that was the antagonistic force in the show I was watching. So there I was, a 10 year old talking about my shitting self habits to a stranger who would chime in that it's pegasus' doing. Have fun guys.

I was probably too high and/or too drunk. I went from happily getting inebriated and gaming by myself to thinking "Yeah it's really late but it's the weekend and I'm comfy" and continuing to smoke and drink until I was nearly falling asleep in my chair, then I exploded. That combined with being American means I'm going to say I overindulged and not see the doctor and get charged hundreds of dollars for them to say YEP YOU FUCKED UP

Had one time I knew I had to go but I was too busy on my PC and kept holding it, and when you hold it for a while you stop having to go so bad, so I got lulled into a false sense of security a few times until it just suddenly decided to "toothpaste" regardless of what I did.
It was still only a little bit, but I put myself in that situation knowing the risks and I'm just glad it wasn't more.
Dunno why I risked it like that though, I've got some entry-level IBS, so it was always going to be Russian Roulette doing that.
I don't even think it was that important of a project/game/whatever on my PC.

There are few things more alpha than shitting your pants on command as an intimidation tactic.
