The Movies, but you're a band manager. Hold auditions and hire performers for each role, also have to hire people to write the songs, wardrobe / costumes, promotion, booking venues, etc. Like The Movies, who you hire would determine how it generates songs, albums, and concerts which you could listen to / watch, but you don't have to physically play the songs ala Rock Band in order to get good sales & reviews.

No, because Miku is a non character it's impossible to come up with anything earnest for her that isnt rhythm or porn because she has no defining characteristics of any kind beyond being an anime girl who sings.

So I'll come up with an original premise. It's a story oriented game called "Miku becomes a person (wow!)". In the game, you play as Miku put into the real world, but much ot her chagrin, millions of braindead coomer faggots want to anally rape her and tickle her feet constantly. So you have to use your money to hire bodyguards and robots to fend off the tasteless fag hordes who love you for literally no reason whatsoever. If they manage to catch you, you lose. It's like an open world horror game where you are constantly being hunted by random NPCs. Thankfully, they are all fat, so it is not hard to get away. The game ends with Miku shaving her head, smoking 9 packs of cigarettes a day to ruin her voice, and becoming a fat lesbian dyke so retards will finally stop fawning over her and start liking better waifus and she can live a normal life. The end.

A 3D platformer where all the vocaloids get kidnapped so you play as Teto and must save each vocaloid one by one. Teto is the heroine and has a vast array of powers based on her chimera idol culture which may involve her drills and doing side quests that involve returning movies that were a month past due

yea a lot of the MVs in her music game gave me the idea for something similar to Tron where she is a program in a computer world and it would be like a 3D platformer like little big planet/mario 3d world id have it be super cute and fast paced.
