Depends on the size. If it still can move toward bladder, which you can feel it, then kinda big pinching. If that sensation only happen at kidney, usually you will start to feel more during peeing.

I'm a retard with no willpower, but I still quit coke and shit. Easiest way to do it for me was just going cold turkey, water tasted like shit for the first week, then it starts tasting good. Keeping it as cold as possible helps.

Now I have a glass bottle of coke maybe once a month. I still like it, but I wouldn't want to go back to drinking a 2L bottle a day like I used to.

Then there's the guy who is the picture of health, exercises and has never drank much soda or any beverages, water being the thing he consumes the most as a drink. Guess which one had the stones? The healthier one. There are certain risk factors (like higher chances of crystallization) in cases where you drink lots of sugars or otherwise slowly dissolving ingredients, but if you're genetically predisposed you will very likely have them at some point in your life, regardless of how Zen your lifestyle is.

Dude's a sport cyclist who does a lot of tours in hill terrain like the Andalusian mountains and other such places. If he didn't drink a lot, he would pass out quite often. He is also very low bodyfat and lean as shit due to years of cycling exercise, so it's not like his lifestyle was the issue.
