Do you like R.E.P.O.?

Nah. Lethal Company was cooler and better.
LC was trying to be a cool, atmospheric game first, and the result was a cool funny scream simulator.
REPO was always trying to be a funny scream sim from the get go, and it shows.

No.

Not really. The enemy design sucks.
Half of them take control away from the player and the other half force you to hide for an extended period of time before it's safe to move again.

I don't know. I don't have any friends, so I can't play it.

Your items? Your teammates?
Compared to lc I feel those fuckers are stuck in here with me.
Also having a guy operate the console is atmospheric but really fucking boring if you aren't getting scared.

Despite it being mechanically more complex than Lethal Company, I liked it way less and refunded it after playing 2 hours with friends.

It's fun with friends and gets easy after you get the cart laser cannon and the tranquilizer gun

I quite like it yeah, I enjoy the more physics-y feel of it. Fun with friends though what isn't. We play with mods, mostly ones that add a bunch of cosmetics to the characters but also a couple of gameplay ones like TTS for dead heads, the ability to move about, a weaponized cart, etc.

I found it enjoyable with friends, and even had fun trying to surpass our previous runs. The biggest issue I have with these types of games is simply after you achieve a really good run, and become competent. It kind of loses its charm but then again that could just be me being a tryhard.

Never played it because I don't have friends, but I like the design of the collapsible muppet-bot player models.

My friend bought it for me, and now I don't want to friend's with him :(

I'm not a fan of games that have "physics but wonky" controls. A friend also bought it for me, and I played it to be polite. It was complete shit

The solution to this is to have retarded friends

They are charming. And the flappy heads synced to mic input is a masterstroke.
Honestly I'm just glad more games are implementing prox voice chat, it's a good mechanic.

This was my issue with playing Phasmophobia with the same friend group, they ran it in such a way that it felt more like a job than an actual game.
REPO for some reason doesn't have that issue, I think the physics and mechanics give it just enough "wobbliness" that any attempt to run things rigidly falls apart at the first sign of trouble.

Depends on the level of retard. I ended up playing with some different people and they were streaming, forcing every opportunity to get a clip, and it just wasn't fun.

LC has better enemies and visual tone.
REPO has better gameplay and player interactivity.
LC enemies are actual threats, but have some very interruptive or challenging counterplay that makes them memorable and engaging to work around.
REPO's physics based transportation that allows for teamwork to move larger and more valuable objects while also emphasizing care when carrying loot makes the actual act of gathering shit up itself part of the gameplay.
In contrast, REPO enemies are mostly just cartoonish abominations that chase you around or shoot you and have a much higher chance of only damaging you rather than killing you outright.
Makes them less memorable when so many of them are functionally similar, and the way you handle them is the same.
Not to say it doesn't have some standouts, but pretty much all of LC's enemies are good to great in comparison.
