Steam doesn't allow that. They don't want devs to use their resources but cut them out of the sales of the game.

fix the ui its just so unappealing, it needs to also have all the social media shit that trannies go googoo gaga over steam for like the community stuff and profiles and achievements. If it looked great and felt great and had kino socialness it would have done a lot better

Valve and PC gaming is basically garbage at this point. We get no real good games aside from shitty indie slop and everyone just plays old games.

You need to somehow make multiple great games, basically Tim's own orange box. Making god like great games will be more than enough to kill steam's monopoly. But I doubt investor suits would risk something like that in 2025. Better to make slop and make number go up. Who cares about long game?

As much as I want valve to get rekt by a competent studio it's just not gonna happen. No one cares and no one will fund them.
