That's the problem, it shouldn't have just been her own gut. It's categorically impossible for 14 teenagers (at a point in their lives where their bodies change every single month) to not have noticed changes in their bodies after 2 years. The technology used to change memories is irrelevant here. They'd look completely different from their first day in high school, which is something they should all instantly realize.

A dream is a completely different scenario. You're not fully conscious there. Now if you went to sleep as a 15 year old and woke up as a 17 year old you'd instantly notice. Even if somehow you kept the exact same hairstyle and clothes, there's no way you would not notice growing 5-10 cm, you voice getting bigger as a guy, your tits being larger as a girl, gaining 5 kg of muscle if you're Sakura

This is not a question of Kyoko being a lone wolf. She didn't even need to tell the others that her body was different. She could come up to them individually and ask them if they saw anything weird about their bodies. Then, when everyone has a similar feeling, she would then be able to confirm her hypotheses. Now, keeping that clearly relevant point of information to herself the whole game is beyond retarded, especially for the character being pushed as the smartest all game
