Gameplay is fairly solid, typical run & gun but features a customizable weapon. Seems to have an in-engine remake of the first game too which is pretty bold.

The game itself is garbage: you attack, you shoot, you have your stamina bar, your mp bar, dodge, block, and yes, you guessed that right, a parry!
Environments are barren, the enemies are retarded, the music loops badly. Oh, you gain souls to level up.

I used to enjoy hunting for demos during these events. I still do. But now my favorite part of the steam next fest is lurking on r/indie or r/gamedev and seeing the tears of devs who cry about their lack of success. It's particularly satisfying when you get to look at their stuff, usually low effort slop. And they wonder why their games didn't get any attention. Can't wait for next week to see the tears

A pretty standard anime action game. It was just okay. Not bad, but it doesn't really have anything that stands out. Will probably buy on a sale if I'm bored.

So Lady Dracula is all style, no substance. The soundtrack is ok but song loops are very short and are mostly just background beats. There is no reason to use your (one) subweapon at all and the level design is complete garbage with a massive over-use of the temporary bat / ghost forms. Oh, and the demo has a tendency to fully crash when you die, so that's fun. The "flip the world" feature isn't even real, it is just that stage 1 is normal and stage 2 is just stage 1 but flipped, you have no control over it at all. Demo is over in two stages.

100% avoid. This is not a classicvania experience at all.

Is there a patch for the demo or something? I just tried out the demo for this and it was really underwhelming. There were no events. Very barebones, even for these type of games.

It has autofire and autoaim options but yeah basically you gotta turn them on and it seemed to be missing the sorts of options that allow you to customize your weapon that would make the system interesting. The most interesting thing I saw was +projectiles. Everything else was +x% damage or +y% attackspeed or shit like that. Also has a mana pool but I have no clue what function it has.

Well bro im playing it and i like it, its releasing in 3 weeks so its really polished and the demo is long. as for the game is like gothic/kingdome/witcher 3, you play as slav version of a middle game cartographer, the game is open world rpg like witcher 3 / kingdom come. its running on dlss 3.5 so in order for the game graphics to look ok you replace it with dlss 4 and force DLAA from the profile inspector you'll game probably get over above 80 fps fps on any decent hardware
