You can time lyrics to help out now! The Finished sheet has a column for them.

Options:
1. MusicBee
2. LRC generator online

For this particular site, you paste the lyrics into the text area then click 'Synchronize to music'.

You will be taken to a new page, in here you can load your audio track using the Audio button, and start the playback with the START button.

In order to mark which line is being sang, you need to click on the 'Next Line' button as the line starts being sung (click upon hearing something, not in anticipation for consistency with others), the lyric in the text area will be highlighted white letting you know the line was tagged.

You do this for the entire song then you wait it to end. I don't know if it was a bug that specifically happened for me or not, but the only way I could tell the song ended was because the timer on the now pause button stopped counting up.

From here, you should have reached the end of the lyrics you posted. You need to click 'Next Line' one more time and the button should now be replaced with a 'Get File' button which will download the .lrc file to your PC.

Now, I just extract the content by opening the .lrc file with a text editor (even plain Notepad works) and take only the timed lyric lines alongside timestamps and paste them into a new .txt or directly into the Rentry. Some tips if you want to pretty it up:

1. Add an extra [00:00.00] timing to the start of the text, it makes the start of the song clean. See any on the sheet for an example.
2. Delete the website's advertising bit at the end, it breaks nothing to do so.
3. Listen as you time and if the singfag changed lyrics, fix it to what they sang in the text afterwards if you can. Wrong lyrics defeat the point after all.

We are going to need more people mixing songs so we can work through all the submitted vocals in time for the deadline, so I've prepared a resource of torrents for plugins you can use to help you get started with mixing your vocals and stuff later on, I pulled all of them from RuTracker: https://files.catbox.moe/7lhn47.zip
It includes a mixing template for REAPER and a short guide for some of the plugins, and a short guide on how to use some features of REAPER.
Use Qbittorrent to get the torrents to download. Torrents are basically download links, so just having the "torrent file" won't give you the plugins.

For audio software, I recommend REAPER. It's not as easy as Audacity, but once you learn it you'll be able to do whatever you need: https://www.reaper.fm/download.php
Recommend looking up some guides for getting started with mixing, but worst case you can ask in the thread.

That's not what was said at all, if you're going to quote then actually quote something.
It's writefags upset that most of the work they do goes nowhere, something that exclusively applies to writefags here. I find this sort of statement just silly. You know full well the response to a song sung by the average writefag is never going to be positive. I've done all 4 roles (writing, singing, editing, art) in several years each, and I know which ones I'm best at so I tend to stick with those most often, but I do participate in all of them. The average writefag isn't going to be better at singing than the singers that already get mocked instead of thanked when they do upload. I don't think suggesting a humiliation ritual helps anybody.
If I could sing something and it would actually make someone else happy I would do it in a heartbeat, those situations tend to be the songs I do sing because I know it's not my strong suit. A friend that did every role until last year decided not to return this year over it. They were one of the most gung-ho about the musical I have ever known. The hype of returning got replaced with dread of having even more art or vocals or lyrics shit on and turned into in-jokes.

That's exactly what I try to do when writing based on thread requests, because I know most of the oldfags still left do a lot of renfagging and aren't usually the ones making suggestions. As for zips, I like to split my stuff into multiple tracks so they can have different effects and filters applied if that's what the song calls for, just to make it easier in the edit, but I get that it makes it harder to preview what's actually im there.
