Yeah I don't really get why sonicfags do it, several games were exclusive to nintendo systems (advance trilogy, rush games, storybook games), when games were multiplat back then sometimes the version on the nintendo console had the best performance (heroes, riders). Hell they even had crossovers with the olympic games. I think the game is good and has a respectable playercount for its dumb price value, but it really needed more content to separate itself as just another kart racing game. Even Fighting games have additional features to make it not just about the fights. Active hub worlds, even minigames. Crossworlds was the perfect game to integrate a new Chao Garden into. It didn't need to be grand or anything, just a copy paste of SA2 would have been fine. Exchange tickets for Chao stuff, remove that dumbass friendship system and replace it with character based missions.
This is just racing. Forever, Fiveever. I can only assume they're banking on Rumble being their main GAAS game. And I'll say it, literally no one from Sega's usual collection of crossover games, which includes Monkey Ball, Nights and Crazy Taxi will make a difference.

Crossworlds is more appealing to me and I say that as someone who bought a Switch 2 on launch. MKW just didn't really click for me. I prefer the more standard race and grand prix formula. Digimon looks fun and a lot better than ZA, but I feel it's pretty funny that both games are $70, have $30 season passes day one and only Pokemon got shat on for it while barely anyone batted an eye to Digimon and it's insane amount of dlc.

I played transformed a decade ago and it was a ton of fun, but that was only because there was a 4 pack for the game for like $20 these dumb niggers need to realize people are not going to fork over $40-70 for a party game when you have to also convince your friends to buy it too

At this point they should just drop the price and give exclusive skins to anyone that bought it at the original price. The $70 price tag clearly isn't working at all.

Main game is an extracted and reworked/upgraded Sonic Forces Speed Battle

Several minigames adyacent to the franchise, Chao Garden OBVIOUSLY, spinball, sports, etc.

Small RPG storyline ala DB Xenoverse where you create a character that has its own bits to help Sonic and the main cast, much like how the original Forces game did (character crestor also extracted from there), but it's just small quests/slice of life thing instead of an all-out straight up new chapter in Sonic's life.
