Why are you lying? They absolutely do. Last Judge runback was never as bad as people made it out to be. It took around 30 seconds on release even if you haven't "optimised" it, and has been made easier by subsequent patches. Besides, it's not like you should be having to make the runback that often — Last Judge isn't the hardest boss in the game by any means.
Groal's runback is much worse. It's twice as long, debuffs you, and the flies can screw up your momentum easily if they materialise directly inside you when you're trying to make the climb.

anyways I just beat these games back to back, got the true ending for both including the pantheon bullshit, I struggled more with the third one than the others

Probably not. The Hollow Knight was born in the same way as the others but it can still be endeared to its father. And the siblings rise to support you in the Dream No More ending. Hell, the Knight itself is able to unite The Void to its will. Even though a hollow being isn't supposed to have one. The Void is more like a chaotic maelstrom of regrets and feelings. Which is why it's both benign and dangerous at the same time. Because if its just sleeping or lashing out in random directions, it's not going to do much. But if it's rage is pointed in a single direction then nothing, not even Pale Beings, can stop it
